double tempering and vibratory stress relief treatment, delivering
excellent rigidity and dimensional stability. Its working surface
features an integrated casting structure.

2. Movable Gantry
Fabricated from grey cast iron (HT250), the movable gantry is
furnished with two sets of ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear
guideways, one set of precision ball screws, and a servo
motor—configuring the power head slide as the Y-axis. The drilling
power head is mounted on the power head slide plate for
co-directional movement. Gantry traversal is achieved via the servo
motor, which drives the rotation of the ball screw through a

3. Movable Saddle
The movable saddle features a precision cast iron construction. It
is equipped with two sets of ultra-high load-bearing CNC hard-rail
sliding tables, one set of precision ball screw assemblies, and a
high-precision planetary reducer linked to a servo motor—driving
the drilling power head to move along the Z-axis. This
configuration enables the power head to perform actions such as
rapid feed, working feed, rapid retraction, and stopping, while
incorporating automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause
functionalities.

4. Transmission System
This equipment adopts a high-precision configuration integrating
Taiwanese HIWIN guide rails and sliding blocks, ensuring smooth
operation while significantly enhancing heavy-load bearing
capacity.
The X-axis and Z-axis are each equipped with two rolling linear
guide rails, serving as guiding and load-bearing rails for
transverse and longitudinal movement respectively. This design
meets the technical requirements for high-speed drilling

servo motors to drive precision ball screws into rotation, thereby
