Product Features
1. Machine Bed and Workbench
The machine bed undergoes welding, followed by annealing treatment
and precision machining. It exhibits outstanding dynamic and static
rigidity with no deformation. Two sets of high-precision linear
guides are mounted on both sides of the bed base, ensuring uniform
force distribution on the guide sliders and significantly enhancing
the machine tool’s rigidity, tensile strength, and compressive
resistance. The drive system adopts AC servo motors paired with
precision ball screw assemblies for double-sided drive, enabling
the gantry to move along the Y-axis. Additionally, the workbench is
equipped with a hydraulic cylinder clamping system.

2. Mobile Gantry
The mobile gantry is constructed from gray cast iron (HT250)
castings. Two sets of ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear guides
are mounted on the front side of the gantry. A precision ball screw
assembly paired with a servo motor enables the power head slide to
move along the X-axis, with the drilling power head installed on
this slide. The gantry’s movement is realized via a servo motor
that drives the ball screw nut to rotate on the ball screw through
a precision coupling.

3. Mobile Saddle
The mobile saddle is a precision cast iron structural component. It
is equipped with two sets of ultra-high load-bearing CNC linear
rail slides, a precision ball screw assembly, and a high-precision
planetary reducer, which is connected to a servo motor. The weight
of the power head is balanced to reduce the load on the screw,
thereby extending the service life of the screw. The drilling power
head is driven to move along the Z-axis, enabling actions such as
rapid forward movement, working forward movement, rapid backward
movement, and stopping of the power head, while also featuring
functions of automatic chip breaking, chip retraction, and pause.

4. Drilling Head
The drilling power head employs a dedicated servo spindle motor,
which drives a dedicated precision spindle via a toothed
synchronous belt to enhance torque output. The spindle is outfitted
with a Japanese angular contact bearing configuration (four in the
front and two in the rear, totaling six rows), enabling stepless
speed adjustment. A pneumatic tool change system is integrated into
the spindle, ensuring rapid and convenient tool replacement. Feed
motion is driven by a servo motor paired with a ball screw. The X
and Y axes support linkage and utilize semi-closed-loop control,
enabling linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle
end features a BT50 taper hole, is equipped with a high-speed
rotary joint, and is capable of processing with a high-speed
U-drill featuring center coolant outlet.
