1. Longitudinal Support Roller Table
Constructed with a base and supporting rollers, this component is
purpose-engineered to provide stable support for sheet materials.
Each roller is outfitted with bearing assemblies at both
extremities to guarantee secure and seamless operation. Boasting
exceptional structural rigidity and strong impact resistance, the
rollers enable consistent, low-friction movement of sheets across
their surface.

2. Centering Device
This device is configured with 5 sets of centering and positioning
mechanisms, wherein the two centering blocks are synchronously
driven and guided by precision guide rails. During operational
cycles, the air cylinder actuates the two pairs of centering blocks
to move toward each other, realizing accurate centering and secure
clamping of the sheet material. Linear positioning capability
ensures that width deviations are evenly distributed on both sides
of the sheet, sustaining consistent processing precision.

3. X-axis Main Clamp Feeding Device: 2 Sets
This beam punching machine line comprises a servo motor, precision
reducer, floating hydraulic clamp, precision linear guide rail,
precision rack, and support structures. The servo motor transmits
power to drive the helical gear into rotation via the precision
reducer, and further converts rotational motion into linear motion
through the rack mechanism. Guided by the precision linear slide
rail, the feeding components execute accurate feeding operations,
ensuring precise and stable sheet material conveyance. The feeding
clamp adopts a floating structural design, which offers strong
adaptability to slightly warped sheet materials. It is
characterized by high clamping force, reliable clamping
performance, and consistent operational stability.

The CNC punching line for automotive longitudinal beam flat plates adopts a push-pull clamping arrangement. The clamping mechanism secures the middle sections at both ends of the longitudinal beam. This clamping method ensures reliable fixation of plates with edge-height deviations. The clamping devices are symmetrically positioned on either side of the main machine unit.
