Product Overview:
This line is primarily designed for producing electric-welded steel pipes with diameters ranging from 60 to 165 mm and wall thicknesses of 2.0 to 6.0 mm. It can also produce square, rectangular, and special-shaped pipes within the range of round pipes. By adding necessary equipment, it can subsequently produce API 5L pipe. This production line was designed and manufactured by integrating similar equipment from both domestic and international sources, taking into account my country's national conditions, and through bold innovation and extensive consultation with users. It boasts economical, reliable, and stable operation.

Equipment Performance:
1. Electrical System:
The electrical control system consists of two parts: a control unit
and a computer monitoring unit, both of which operate
independently.
Operation modes include manual and automatic.
1) Basic Control Functions of the Hydraulic Pressure Testing
Machine:
Production Data Collection and Management
Hydraulic pressure test results are recorded in both paperless and
paper format. The hydraulic pressure testing machine's test
pressure is monitored in real time via the hydraulic pressure
testing machine monitoring software. Parameters such as set
pressure, hold time, preload value, pipe number, pipe
specification, pipe material, operator, implementation standard,
pipe length, testing team, and test conclusions can be input.
The current hydraulic pressure value is automatically recorded.
During the pressure increase and hold states, pressure curves are
displayed.
After the test, data can be saved, and detailed test data, such as
pressurization time, can be viewed and printed.
Record query function includes querying current and historical
data, and supports local and remote query, backup, and printing.
Data backup function allows for backup of recent or monthly test
data, as required by the manufacturer.

2) Equipment Operating Mode Selection:
Three operating modes are available: manual, semi-automatic, and
automatic. Start/Stop and Emergency Stop Control
It features normal start/stop control and emergency stop control in
emergency situations. While the actuators are powered off after an
emergency stop, the PLC input and output indicators remain powered
on, facilitating fault information query and diagnosis.
3) Computer Monitoring:
Based on production and control needs, it provides intuitive and
reliable operation and monitoring of the entire production process.
Its main functions are as follows:
It features the ability to set, store, upload, and download
production process parameters and equipment operating parameters.
It provides dynamic display of the overall and local equipment
operating status of the control system.
It automatically generates, stores, and prints production reports.
It displays, records, and prints system fault and alarm signals.
4) Electrical Equipment:

The PLC utilizes a mature product series;
The touch screen on the operation console utilizes a color display;
The low-voltage electrical components utilize well-known domestic
brands.

2. Hydraulic System - 1 Set
Function: Controls the operation of all hydraulic components in the
entire unit.
Components: Consists of an independent hydraulic station, several
valve stations, and hydraulic piping.

A. The hydraulic station consists of an oil tank, a main pump, and
hydraulic valves.
B. The valve station consists of individual valve blocks. Each
valve block includes a reversing valve, a pressure valve, a
throttle valve, a valve block, a ball valve, an oil collection
tray, an electrical junction box, and piping on the valve block,
controlling the operation of the hydraulic actuators on each unit.

C.The hydraulic piping consists of seamless steel pipes, pipe
clamps, pipe joints, and high-pressure hoses. System pressure is
configured according to regional and usage requirements and is
located nearby.
The hydraulic station tank is equipped with an external hydraulic
oil cooling system, and an oil collection trough is located on the
top surface of the tank.
The system is equipped with safety devices to prevent overload and
hydraulic shock.
The system structure is simple and practical, the actuators are
stable and flexible, and adjustment and maintenance are easy.
The layout and installation of hydraulic components (devices) are
safe and reliable, complying with relevant safety standards and
product manuals.
An oil filter is installed in the system, and the filtration
accuracy meets the requirements of the system components.
A cooler is installed in the system to ensure continuous operation
at ambient temperatures, with the oil temperature and viscosity
indicators not exceeding the specified values.
The piping layout is neat, secure, and meets requirements,
facilitating complete machine disassembly, maintenance, and
replacement.
