This machine is a gantry-type mobile CNC high-speed drilling and milling unit. It is primarily designed for drilling, tapping, and milling operations on workpieces such as steel plates, flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheets, and slewing supports. Carbide drills are utilized for high-speed drilling with internal cooling. The machine is equipped with either a KND or CNC system bus control, offering ease of operation and enabling automation, high precision, and suitability for small to medium-sized production runs with a variety of products.

1. The machine primarily consists of a bed, worktable, moving gantry, vertical ram-type power head, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling system, centralized lubrication system, electrical control system, and an automatic chip removal system.

2. In this series of machines, the worktable and gantry are separate components, with the gantry moving on two bases. This design significantly enhances processing stability and precision, offering a high load-bearing capacity.

3. The worktable is made of high-quality grey cast iron for superior durability and performance.

The machine bed and worktable are constructed from high-quality gray iron (HT300), with stress relief achieved through two tempering heat treatments. To eliminate resonance during the drilling process and extend the lifespan of the alloy drill, a separate design for the bed and worktable has been implemented.

1. The automatic chip removal and circulating cooling system minimize non-productive time and reduce labor intensity. The operator is only required to load and unload workpieces and replace the drills.

2. The machine is equipped with a Taiwan BT50 spindle, featuring internal cooling and high precision. It is compatible with carbide drills. Additionally, the machine incorporates a pneumatic tool cylinder for easier tool changes. The high-power main spindle motor is driven by a servo-controlled synchronized belt, allowing it to handle a wide range of rotational speeds.

3. This CNC drilling machine is specifically designed based on the characteristics of the workpiece and precision requirements. It features a compact and flexible structure, ensuring optimal processing performance.
