1. The machine frame and crossbeam are fabricated from welded steel structures and undergo comprehensive aging heat treatment to ensure high precision. The worktable, transverse sliding table, and ram are constructed from cast iron, providing enhanced durability and structural stability.

2. The dual servo drive system on both sides of the X-axis ensures precise and synchronized movement of the gantry, maintaining excellent squareness between the Y and X axes.

3. The worktable is manufactured from cast iron, ensuring stable and dependable performance.

4. The drilling spindle is a rigid, high-precision BT40 type, equipped with an internal cooling system for efficient operation and convenient tool changes. The spindle operates at speeds ranging from 30 to 3000 rpm.

5. Two plate-chain type scrap removal systems are installed on either side of the worktable. These systems collect both scrap and coolant, enabling efficient recycling of the cooling fluid.

6. The machine is equipped with dual cooling systems—internal and external—both providing adequate pressure and flow. It also incorporates coolant level monitoring devices to ensure proper lubrication and cooling of the drilling tools.

7. The machine features an automatic lubrication system that supplies consistent and reliable lubrication to critical moving components, including the guide rails, ball screws, and roller bearings, thereby prolonging the service life of these essential parts.

8. The CNC control system is the 828D model, providing comprehensive functionality, automatic CAD-CAM programming, intuitive operation, as well as automatic alerts and error compensation.

The machine incorporates critical components sourced from globally recognized brands, including linear roller guide rails, ball screws, servo motors and drivers, the spindle, CNC control system, hydraulic pumps, valves, and cooling pumps.
