The CNC angle steel drilling production line is designed with a
highly automated processing architecture, incorporating an
automatic loading system comprising a transverse feeding conveyor
and rotary loading mechanism, an automatic unloading system, and an
intelligent workpiece feeding unit. Drilling, punching, and marking
operations on angle steel can be completed within one continuous
machining cycle, with no manual intervention required during
processing. This integrated automation reduces labor dependency,
increases production throughput, and ensures consistent process
quality and reliable equipment performance.
The marking unit of the CNC angle steel punching and marking
production line features a rigid enclosed-frame construction,
providing excellent structural stability and sustained operational
precision. The assembly comprises a fixed support base secured to
the machine frame, a movable worktable, and a hydraulically driven
character marking head. In accordance with machining instructions
generated by the CNC control system, marking is automatically
carried out at the specified coordinates indicated in the

different dimensions, a manual adjustment mechanism is also
provided, enabling flexible vertical adjustment of the movable
marking assembly and accurate positioning of the marking head to

retrieval, and production management.
