1. The production line incorporates an automated material-handling system consisting of a transverse feeding conveyor, rotary loading rack, automatic discharge system, and precision feeding mechanism. Drilling and marking operations are integrated into a continuous production process, enabling fully automated workpiece handling and machining. 2. The drilling system is equipped with high-precision Taiwan-manufactured BT40 spindles featuring internal coolant delivery, providing reliable drilling accuracy and machining efficiency. Six CNC-controlled drilling heads are installed, with three positioned on each side of the angle steel. The opposing drilling heads can simultaneously process holes of the same diameter while maintaining consistent distances from the upper edges of the angle steel flanges.

3. The operating software provides a bilingual Chinese/English interface with a user-friendly layout and clear visualization of workpiece drawings, simplifying operation and production management.

4. Programming is efficient and convenient. Operators can generate machining programs by entering essential parameters, including workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, hole spacing, and hole quantities. Alternatively, CAD/CAM detailing software can be used to convert design data into machining files. The system also supports NC1 files generated by TEKLA software, facilitating the integration of engineering design and production processes.
