Product Features:
1. High automation level. The production line is furnished with an
automatic loading device (including a transverse feeding channel
and a rotating loading frame), an automatic discharging device, and
an automatic feeding device. All holes and steel mark markings on
the angle steel can be processed in one pass through the production
line, with no manual intervention needed during processing, thereby
significantly alleviating workers' labor intensity.
2,The typing unit adopts closed body with high strength and stable body. The printing unit has a bed support fixed on the machine base, a moving bed, and a hydraulic-powered press head word box. According to the instruction from the computer, printing is carried out at the position required by the drawing.
3. The positional accuracy of hole making is high. The feeding device of this production line is driven by a servo motor via a gear-rack transmission system, and is equipped with a detection mechanism for the rack and gear as well as a detection encoder for positional accuracy feedback, thus forming a full closed-loop control system. The movement of the drilling power head along the direction of the two flanges of the angle steel is driven by a servo motor through a ball screw transmission, which ensures high positional accuracy of the holes on the angle steel workpieces.
